How We Work?

However, as we specialise in creating websites and enhancing business through them, our typical web project would include the following stages:
PHASE 1. Design & Brand Identity
We start from analysing competitors’ websites and the websites you suggest. You will be asked to fill in Global Academy Design Questionnaire, which will give us guidance towards the overall concept. This will result in bringing features, design ideas, techniques that will make your website unique and interactive. Based on initial strategic report we will create different website and logo designs.
PHASE 2. Client Website (the front end)
A website that can be seen by everyone on the web. Client website is the main interface of our website project. Some of the main features that the client website will provide may include but not limited to: Home, About us, Search and Contacts us.
PHASE 3. Admin Site and CMS (the back end)
The CMS will be used to control and mange most parts of client website. This will be connected to the Client Website and database.
PHASE 4. Hosting, Uploading, Testing and Debugging
The website is uploaded on our development server and access will be given to you to test the website. This would make sure that the website is completely tested and debugged from all the errors before uploading it to a live server.
PHASE 5. Training & Go Live
Every client is provided with CMS user guide, but further hands-on training for admin staff can be provided on how to update content, users, products, orders etc as a separate service. Global Academy can also offer ongoing support and marketing (if required) even after your website is live.
